Approach
Given the fast-paced world we live in, it’s easy to lose connection with who we are and get off track in our lives.
There are always signs: poor self-care, disillusionment, loss of meaning, burnout, and a growing sense of insecurity. We turn to unhelpful coping strategies that only serve to complicate life further.
Most of us have been conditioned to rely on willpower and analytical thinking to solve our problems. We think, “if only I had – more self-discipline, better habits, a new plan – life would be better.” More often than not, trying harder doesn’t work.
What if traditional goal setting strategies just aren’t working?
There are deeper resources available to you.
I coach perfectionists, overachievers, and idealists who have reached the limit of their willpower and are ready to find ease and freedom in their journey.
I guide my clients through a progressive program of self-exploration and personal development to help them reconnect with the inner dimension of themselves.
Inquiry and inner stillness are the cornerstones of the process. When you suspend active thinking, your awareness opens, you begin to follow through on your own behalf, and unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving start to fall away. This process is about healing and transformation rather than trying to control so-called bad behaviours. Change happens from the inside, out.
What to expect
Inner work can be challenging because problems are almost never isolated to one area of your life. It requires you to explore parts of yourself you’d rather not acknowledge and let go of long-held beliefs that feel comfortable and familiar.
The following qualities will help you in the process:
Patience and humility
An open-minded and non-judgemental attitude
A commitment to slowing down and listening to yourself in new ways
A willingness to stay with uncomfortable emotions
Compassion for the human condition
The process of personal growth isn’t meant to be complicated and forced. You were never meant to work hard on being yourself.
Frequently asked questions
-
It’s difficult to put a timeline on inner work. Everyone is different. You’ll be working from the inside out, so presenting problems might not disappear right away. As your awareness opens, you’ll first notice that you are becoming calmer, more honest, less judgmental, and more patient with yourself. External change is a natural result of these inner shifts.

We will meet weekly or bi-weekly depending on your needs. Sometimes it’s helpful to meet more frequently at the beginning of the process. Meeting consistently is important in making progress. During our work together, we can check in between sessions for extra support.

I do not teach formal meditation. There are many ways to slow down inside and cultivate inner stillness – I support clients in finding ways that suit their personalities, conditioning, and lifestyles. I recommend keeping things simple.
-
It’s a big concept. On one level, awareness refers to self-knowledge: our needs, values, and preferences. It also includes external self awareness: understanding how others see you and how you impact them.
On a deeper level, awareness points to the context in which we experience life. It is the peaceful space we can sense when we find inner stillness. This kind of awareness is experiential and transformative.

The Enneagram is a model of human psychology and personality based on the idea that each person has a unique and innate personality structure, or "essence." This structure shapes the way we see the world and ourselves. It identifies nine distinct archetypes, each representing a unique worldview and pattern of thinking, feeling, and behaving. It delves into deeper motivations, defenses, and fears that often operate unconsciously within us. The enneagram’s deeper function is to point the way to who we are beyond the level of personality, to something more real and more profound.
